Interview: The Creating Wealth Show, Part Two

RD: “Creditism must have credit growth to survive. Our lives are floating on the biggest Credit Bubble in history. All of Global Civilization is floating on top of a bubble. If it pops, everything around us is going to go up in flames. We’re going to crash into a new depression that would probably be worse than the Great Depression. The only way out of this trap is to make the economy grow a lot faster. Then we can grow our way out.”
That was how the second part of my conversation with Jason Hartman, host of The Creating Wealth Show, began when we met in Bangkok last month.
Part One was the “how we got here part”.
Part Two is the “where we go from here” part.
Here are some of the other topics addressed:
- The likely impact of President Trump’s tariffs and deportation policies.
- The three ways President Trump could wrench control of Monetary Policy away from the Fed – and the impact that could have on the Dollar, interest rates, the economy and Wealth.
- The threat China poses to the United States – and how to stop it.
- The importance of Globalization.
- What caused inflation during 2021 and 2022; and what caused it to go away in 2023 and 2024.
- The long road that led to the recent establishment of the U.S. Sovereign Wealth Fund.
- The real threat created by the Debt Ceiling standoff.
- The risk of a Debt-Deflation Depression.
- The outlook for property prices and stocks.
This was a great conversation. I hope you will listen to it now.
